Packaging & Quality Assurance
Each saree is folded, wrapped, and packed with utmost care to preserve its weave and detailing.
Our team performs a complete quality inspection before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery through email (care@kansiedit.com) or WhatsApp, along with unboxing images and videos showing the issue clearly.
Requests raised after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return consideration.
Returns Policy
A. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective saree.

You received an incorrect saree (different product from what was ordered).
We do not accept returns for color variation, texture differences, or minor weaving irregularities — these are part of the natural beauty of handcrafted textiles.
B. Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please:

Share unboxing images and videos showing the issue clearly.

Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once we review and approve your request, our team will guide you through the next steps for return pickup or self-shipment.
Returns requested beyond the 24-hour window or without complete supporting media will not be accepted.
C. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sarees purchased during sale or promotional events

Custom-made or altered sarees

Items showing signs of wear or use

Orders without proper unboxing evidence
Exchanges
As our collection currently includes sarees only, exchanges are not available at this time.
Each saree is unique, and replacements for the same design may not be possible.
Refunds
If your return request is approved and the saree meets our return conditions upon inspection:

A refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–15 business days after the returned saree has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Please note that payment gateway or bank processing times may vary.
Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind purchases or issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore:

Once processing has begun, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Cancellations requested beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
