🧵 What makes a Kansi saree unique?
Each Kansi saree is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Slight variations in weave, color, or texture are part of its character — signs of the human touch that make every piece one-of-a-kind.
📦 How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
All Kansi Edit sarees are stocked, quality-checked, and dispatched directly from our own inventory in India.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped across India through reliable courier partners.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
We will share your tracking details via our official WhatsApp number or Email once the order is dispatched.
🚚 Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping within India is free.
If express or international shipping becomes available in the future, it will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
💬 How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we’ll share tracking details via our official WhatsApp number or Email once the order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at care@kansiedit.com with your order number.
💔 My saree arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@kansiedit.com o or via WhatsApp, along with unboxing images and videos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll assist you with a return or refund according to our policy.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges or replacements?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges as each saree is unique and handcrafted in limited quantities.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
💳 How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing care@kansiedit.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Cancellations are accepted only before order processing begins. After processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
🪷 How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original mode of payment within 7–15 business days after the returned saree has been received and inspected.
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary slightly.
🎨 Why does my saree look slightly different from the photo?
Slight variations in color, weave, or motif placement are natural in handcrafted textiles.
Differences in lighting, screen display, or photography can also cause minor variations.
Each Kansi saree is individually made, so no two are ever exactly alike — that’s part of its charm.

💌 How do I care for my Kansi saree?
To preserve its beauty:
- Dry clean only, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid hanging heavy sarees for long periods — fold and refold periodically.
- Keep them wrapped in a muslin cloth to allow the fabric to breathe.
- Follow the care instructions mentioned in each saree descriptions.
