All products listed on kansiedit.com are physically stocked, quality-checked, and dispatched directly from our own inventory in India.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Each saree undergoes a detailed quality inspection and careful packing before dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping within India is free of charge.
If additional delivery options are introduced in the future, applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via our official WhatsApp number or email.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at care@kansiedit.com with your order number.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Each saree is hand-packed to preserve its weave and detailing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with clear unboxing images and videos.
